Reader's Theatre: This is a strategy that involves reading practice and performing to improve reading fluency. The goal of this strategy is to improve a reader's confidence.
Neurological Impress Method (NIM):
This Method is a form of paired reading in which the teacher and the student sit side by side with each other and the teacher reads slightly faster and louder than the student and they both follow along.
Choral Reading:
In Choral Reading, the teacher leads the reading of the text that students have already read and then the students join in to read the text in unison.
Echo Reading: Involves the teacher in reading the text line by line modeling correct fluency. After the teacher is done reading the student echo's back the same text at the same rate and speed as the teacher.
