"Odysseus"
He is a big part of Greek mythology, and has a lot of history! When I think of Odysseus I think Brave, Valiant, Cool, Strong, and Sweet. His personality was not really explained a lot in the book except for being very strong and powerful.

Summery
Odysseus is one one Greek mythology's greatest heroes. like killing a cyclops by himself, and fight then escaping a Sea Serpent with only one ship! He was a legendary hero, but his main goal was to go home and see his love again.
Waiting for Odysseus was a long and interesting story. Me personally I loved the book because I have been very interested in Greek mythology, but I have never known much of it. That is why I loved this story it gave me more knowledge of Greek mythology!
The book starts with Odysseus leaving for his travels back home. He leaves and goes along his journey with his crew he is about halfway there when a HUGE storm comes out of nowhere! The crew is scrambling to get to there places. All of the sudden the Serpent bursts out of the water and roars as loud as it can. They pull some fancy moves and escape the Serpent.
Their ship is damaged so they find and island to start repairs. When they land Odysseus and a couple men go exploring. They find a weird cave and a giant cyclops comes out kills some of the men and Odysseus hides. So that is my summery read the book to find out the end!

Why was I not in it! Its okay but I still loved the story! with the cyclops, and the love, and the serpent. It was great!
