Tiger cubs rely on their mothers when they are very young. Their mothers feed them milk. As tiger cubs grow older, they play games and wrestle. At 2 years old, they are ready to hunt for their own food. Soon they will leave the den to live alone and find their own territory.
Female tigers usually have litters of 2 or 3 cubs.
