One of Caplet.com's managers decided to retire and left the company. Caplet.com is struggling to find a new manager. The manager that retired was in a high position and controlled the timing of delivery. They have found candidates but they don't work up to the mark of the old person. 

There have only been 3 complaints in January. The CEO claims that it is a good sign of improvement. The complaints were about the delivery time but this was due to the missing manager. The CEO says that while the delivery manager is gone these few complaints will remain.
