Boo is a leader, when she goes to work. Her job is to tell the monsters when their shift is. She also needs to check them into work. Boo is a good leader because she has leadership skills. Leadership is being able to lead a group of monsters/people in a respectful way. Boo is very respectful to the monsters when coming into work and leaving work. A leader does not mean that you set a bad example that would be being a bad leader but a leader sets good examples for everyone. Boo is a good leader.

Boo is also efficient. She gets to work on time to unsure that the monsters can check into work and are on time for their shift. When boo is efficient that means that she gets her work done in the correct time period. This means she also gets to work on time. By boo being efficient that means she helps everyone else be efficient too. When someone is not efficient they are late to work and dont get their work done. Boo is efficient.

Boo has patience. She has to wait at the desk all day in case any monsters come to check in. Monsters can also take a little bit longer to understand things sometimes, so she has to be patient with them. Being patient means that you are able to wait in line and not complain about it taking too long. Patience is being ok with something that does not go your way. If you are not patient, then you don't wait your turn in line. Boo is very patient.

Boo is flexible. She is ok when monsters show up late, or someone asks her to do a different job for the day. Having flexibility is being open to others ideas and sometimes doing what they need you to do. If Boo was not flexible, then she would not be open to others idea, and she would not be happy if someone was late. Boo is very flexible.

Boo is very creative. When she picks a door for the monsters to make the kids laugh, she has to pick doors that fit the monster's personality the best. This is being creative. Having creativity means that you use your imagination to create or choose a piece of work/door. Not having creativity would be to copy others ideas or art work. Boo has creativity.
