This is our Learning Commons. You will come here to sign out library books and enjoy the makerspace. 

This is the space where we gather for our focused learning time. 

This is our school gymnasium. This is the space in our school where you will be able to exercise, build skills and coordination with your big muscles and learn how to play activities well with your classmates. 

Welcome to Miss Sitlington’s Kindergarten Class

at East Lambton Elementary School 2020 - 2021

You will have your own cubby spot in the boot room. This is where you will change out of your outdoor shoes and into your indoor shoes. You will hang your backpack on your hook. As the weather gets colder, you will also hang your coat and snow pants on these hooks as well. After recesses and at the end of the day, you will keep your indoor shoes in the white bin on top of the shelf so they don’t get misplaced. This bin will have your name on it.

To my returning SK Friends, I look forward to seeing your smiling faces return to our classroom. And to our new JK Friends joining us in September, We can’t wait to welcome you into our classroom and watch you learn, grow and have fun with us!

Everyday when the bell rings, we come to line up here. 

I will greet you at this door or just inside. We call this space our bootroom.
