         Do you think reindeer fly? I don't, because of the following reasons. First, reindeer don't fly because they don't have the physical apparatus necessary to facilitate such a feat. Only, three animals-pterosaurs, bats and birds have evolved over time for the ability for powered flight. Next, bats are the only mammals that can fly and reindeer don't have feathers like birds. Some years ago, the U.K.'s telegraph calculated that it would take 5.6 million reindeer to pull Santa's cargo of 925,000 tons of toys so it would be impossible for nine reindeer to fly over the world. This why I think reindeer don't fly.
