Enrichment Clubs
Led by Nicola Bramley
Here at South Wilford, we believe enrichment clubs are a valuable opportunities that should enhance the pupils’ learning experiences. Our clubs have been designed to develop skills, provide a sense of belonging, whilst having fun and enjoyment.
Pokémon Club allows children to have a place to enjoy the characters they love. It encourages critical thinking and problem solving and allows social interaction among peers. The children take part in Pokémon based activities including games, art and even making their own figures.
Speech Bubble
Dance Clubs
Through dance children learn teamwork, focus, and improvisational skills. Children are able to learn and think in new ways. It also enhances perception, observations and concentration skills within the children.
Forest School Club takes advantage of the great outdoors we have at South Wilford. Children learn to build confidence, empathy for nature, physical fitness and much more from this club.
Bug Hunting
Den Building
Leaf Art
Camp fires
Construction Club teaches children to cooperate, strengthen problem solving skills, enhance self esteem and help with creative thinking. Each week children get to show their construction skills using a variety of materials.
