Introduction
Food is the consumption through which they provide benefits to the body. It is necessary to know what type of food we should consume since we must keep in mind that not all food is good for health, and it is very important to know what foods we should consume.

The types of food are categorized by a pyramid, classifying from the lowest to the highest of the types of food that we should consume. They are classified into 5 categories, the bottom in group one is composed of cereals, rice, pasta, and bread. In group two are fruits and vegetables.
In group three is dairy which are yogurts, milk, and cheese, foods that provide the proteins that are white meats such as chicken, fish, eggs, legumes, and nuts. In group four are foods that are red meats which contain high fat consumption and finally in group five are foods that contain high sugar content such as desserts, sweets, cookies, soft drinks among others and also oils.

The types of food of the countries that will be mentioned are some of the most selected not only for gastronomy but also for the habits they consume day by day when consumed.

There are many varieties of food around the world, which are very rich depending on the way they cook it, also on its ingredients and for being very famous for the culture of their country. Mention five important countries that are very famous for the types of food from which each country makes and in it analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the food that the population consumes daily.
United States
Food in the United States can be said that its popularity is covered by its fast food, although it also usually has foods that have benefits due to the time of its consumption.
The most common eating habits in the United States are as follows: At breakfast normally Americans prepare cereals, pancakes, yogurts, and toasted bread covered with butter and jam and orange sets their schedule is usually from 9 to 11 in the morning.

Lunch usually their meals are hamburgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, pizzas among others, their drinks usually with soft drinks and water, as a dessert after the meal accompanies it with some fruits or also cakes or cookies. Its schedule is from 12 to 1 in the afternoon.

At dinner, the food they consume is a salad with different vegetables, meat, and certain kinds of pasta. Also, most people eat fish, chicken, steak, and desserts such as cakes, ice cream, or cookies. Their meal schedule is 6 or 7 at night.
