Introduction
Food is the consumption through which they provide benefits to the body. It is necessary to know what type of food we should consume since we must keep in mind that not all food is good for health, and it is very important to know what foods we should consume.

The types of food are categorized by a pyramid, classifying from the lowest to the highest of the types of food that we should consume. They are classified into 5 categories, the bottom in group one is composed of cereals, rice, pasta, and bread. In group two are fruits and vegetables.
In group three is dairy which are yogurts, milk, and cheese, foods that provide the proteins that are white meats such as chicken, fish, eggs, legumes, and nuts. In group four are foods that are red meats which contain high fat consumption and finally in group five are foods that contain high sugar content such as desserts, sweets, cookies, soft drinks among others and also oils.

The types of food of the countries that will be mentioned are some of the most selected not only for gastronomy but also for the habits they consume day by day when consumed.

There are many varieties of food around the world, which are very rich depending on the way they cook it, also on its ingredients and for being very famous for the culture of their country. The most common eating habits in the United States are as follows: At breakfast normally Americans prepare cereals, pancakes, yogurts, and toasted bread covered with butter and jam and orange sets their schedule is usually from 9 to 11 in the morning.

The population consumes daily because it is rich, cheap and does not require much time to prepare it, these types of food cover the majority in the 4 and 6 groups in the pyramid of meals by the proper elaboration and which concentrates a great variety of fats and sugars which brings consequences for health for the American population.

In the country Italy covers a wide variety of very rich foods because the gastronomy is very famous around the world for pizzas and pieces of bread, for this reason, it will be mentioned how it is that the population has a habit to consume these foods.

For breakfast that Italians consume is usually accompanied with some cookies, butter bread, and jam, the drink is coffee the most popular is cappuccino or espresso. Their lunch schedule is very early the time they usually eat this 7 and 30 to 7:45 h in the morning.
For lunch, the typical foods that are prepared in Italy are usually lighter food usually the main course is soup, some dish with rice or pasta or second course a type of meat or fish accompanied with salad and fresh fruits. They usually eat at 2:30 a.m. and 2:30 a.m.

At dinner as well as at lunch they have these types of menus so we will also mention the most popular dish that is Neapolitan pizza, there is also lasagna, risotto, ravioli, and other styles of pasta. Dinner time is at 8 pm.
