- Write out the numbers from 1-10 but have the children focus only on 9-1-1

- Start by cutting a piece of duct tape long enough to reach around the child's wrist
- Fold the duct tape over on itself so it's half the width
- Cut a small piece of paper and write information such as child's name and parents phone number

Milk Carton Traffic Light

Required Materials:

- Empty Milk Carton
- Red, Green, and Yellow construction paper
- Black Paint
- Scissors
- Tape and Glue

- Small piece of white cardstock
- Paintbrush
- Paper Plate
- 1 sticky back magnet
- Red, Orange, and Yellow tissue paper
- Crayons or Markers
- Glue
- Scissors

- Cut the top off of the milk carton
- Cover the carton with black paint
- Cut circles from the colored construction paper
- Glue the circles onto the carton

- Cut out a small rectangle from a white cardstock for the background of the magnet
- Cut out small squares of red, yellow, and orange tissue paper. Crumble the squared up into small balls
- Squirt a small amount of glue onto the paper plate. Using the paint brush, glue, and tissue paper balls, make a fire in the center of the cardstock
- Allow to dry
- Using a marker or crayon, write "Don't hide, go outside" on the bottom
