  First step from mid october to mid january
Students and teachers will first introduce themselves ( ice breaking activity : each student shows a photo of him/herself holding a loaf of bread or a pastry/ cake they like/ made , at the same time they write a presentation of themselves and they must mention the loaf of bread or pastry they hold in the photo so that partners can guess who is who ).They answer a quiz.
Logo competition : each class suggests a logo for the project and then students vote for their favourite logo.Students post christmas or new year cards on a padlet
Second step from mid january to end of march : bread eating habitseach class makes presentation of the typical breads of their region / country ( photo and cultural information and eating habits ) .Quizz or kahoot to follow.dicussion in the forum
Third step from April to mid may: bread making.each class makes a video or a slide show demonstrating the process of breadmaking in their country. And then once the partners have watched the recipe they will make this bread following the instructions given in the video, or the slide show.We we will use a google doc.
Pupils will play a collaborative kahoot in mode challenge.
The final product will be an e-magazine containing all the recipes and major photos of the project.

Logo competition.
Each class upload a logo for the project on padlet ( pls Claudie send me the padlet embed code) and then the students vote for their favourite which will become our project logo.We’ll use Tricider to vote.
