MY TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
My teaching philosophy is that every child is unique and needs a stimulating educational environment in which they can grow physically, mentally, emotionally and socially. I want to create an atmosphere where I can make the most of it. Create a safe environment where students are invited to share their ideas and take risks. I believe that all children are unique and have something
special that they can bring to their own education. I will assist my
students to express themselves and accept themselves for who they are, as well
embrace the differences of others
Each classroom has its own community. My role as a teacher is to enable each child to develop their unique potential and learning style. As a teacher I will present a curriculum that accommodates a variety of learning styles and makes content relevant to the lives of our students. It integrates hands-on learning, collaborative learning, projects, themes, and individual work that energize student learning. "

CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT

CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT
In each and every class a teacher should have rules for learners to follow so that you are able to manage your class as a teacher and that effective teaching and learning can take place. As a teacher you need to make sure that you understand your learners very well and you should be able to communicate with your learners as this will help you with maintaining discipline in the classroom, additionally, get to know each student as an individual. Build rapport with them based on trust and understanding. Be sure to let your compassion for each student reflect through your nonverbal behavior and your communication.
When a student is inattentive, rowdy, or challenging, it distracts others. As you’re teaching, try making friendly eye contact with the student. Encourage them to focus on what is being taught by asking questions and using names in that way discipline is maintained and that specific student will get embarrassed and will now focus.
