AYANA Komodo Resort is a five-star hotel overlooking the florest sea, 6 km from the airport. I read articles about the advantages and disadvantages of mobile phones in everyday life. In fact, in this article there are more disadvantages than advantages. However, in my personal opinion, the advantages and disadvantages will be balanced if we can control it because it is our property, all the information in it we have control over it. So, be wise in playing mobile phone.

I choose "using storytelling in leadership communication" because it's difficult if we only present or explain something by giving the concept, but if we try to explain the concept in detail, give example or how to implement it, the audience will be more understand about what we explain.

Based on the conclusions and motivations of the three stories in this chapter, we can make several statements, namely: (1) recognizing one's own talents and interests is very important for success, because success requires passion and diligent effort as well as good mental qualities. (2) it is true that technical innovation collaboration and teamwork greatly influence success because humans are social beings who need, strengthen and complement each other. (3) a healthy competitive spirit has a major impact on the motivation for success. (4) a leader must be able to determine the direction and guide the leadership correctly.

AFTER READING Why can't you tell people who have phobias to just "face their fears" and stop being silly? Why do some people need help? So, when I want to go home on vacation, I go home alone by bus at night. Actually, the fear is only in my head, it just made by me and it doesn't turn into a phobia or make me depressed. I'm overthinking, even though I'm already on the bus, it's not as scary as I thought. However, strangely, I always feel scared and nervous every time I go home from vacation alone. The prices are affordable, the services are good, and the menus are qualified. In addition, this place presents live music to accompany the visitors. As another alternative, you can visit Wisata Kuliner Kampung Ujung Labuan Bajo for those who love various types of seafood. This place is very crowded, partly because of many tourists visit it.

CONNECTOR Talking about home schooling, We personally rarely meet people around us who choose home schooling for their children. Maybe the reason they don't choose home schooling and prefer public school is because considering the cost of home schooling is more expensive than ordinary public school. By homeschooling, this will limit children's expression outside, but after reading the article about "teaching at home", there are several views that agree with homeschooling and public school. So it all depends on each individual Studying at home or private school is a good thing to do, as We think students will understand the materials better, but in terms of social interaction, students will lack of communication ability.

CRITICAL THINKING In what ways can a phobia affect an individual's social life? For example, there is someone who is afraid of crowd. When in a crowd, he/she feels uncomfortable, even to the point of feeling depressed and reacts like shaking violently, having a headache, and so on. This makes him/her tormented if for example he/she is required to work in a crowd. In the end, he/she could only work in solitude, without the company of many people.
