Teacher Guide
This activity template book was created for students who are learning how to rhyme. This includes learning word families and onset-rimes in order to create real and nonsense words that look and sound the same.
Each activity within this template was designed to be an independent student activity, however, the teacher is encouraged to edit this template to be used in differentiated ways including adult-led stations, enrichment, or for remediation.
The activities within this template are aligned with the best practices for teaching foundational reading skills, and also include the five pillars of reading; Phonemic Awareness, Phonics, Fluency, Vocabulary, and Comprehension.
