Autumn 2 2023 - Week 6Head of School's Welcome
Dear Families,
It was a busy week in school last week: Cober and Hayle Class were visited by Howard Carter as part of their History learning; Camel Class welcomed their parents/carers in to make Tudor houses as part of their DT project; last Monday, the children took part in the 'orange olympics' in their assembly learning about the origins of Christingle; EYFS and KS1 were busy rehearsing their Christmas performances; all children were visited by Father Christmas, courtesy of the Library Service; and we ended the week with our brilliant Friends of Tregolls Christmas Fair!
It was a pleasure welcoming Mr Rees into school last week. He has really enjoyed working with our wonderful team, getting to know some of the children and meeting parents/carers. He will be visiting again on Thursday and Friday this week, so please do say hello if you see him on the school gate!
Best wishes,
Mrs Hancock
