THE LIGHT OF CHRITSMAS

A long, long time ago there was a star, but not a simple star; no! it was a magic star. People called it, "The Light of Christmas", because every 24th of December, the star granted a wish to everyone. The star could give money, toys, good luck, jobs ... everything that you can imagine. However, people were ambitious with what they ask. They just asked and asked to the magic star year after year.

In a little town, there was a boy who always gave his wish of the magic star to someone he loved.

For example:

One year he gave to his granny the wish of getting a cat

Another year he granted his father´s wish of going to Mexico.

And like that over and over the years, without asking anything for himself...

The young boy grew up and when he got old and he already had a son and a big house and a great life, his son asked him a question.

-" Why haven't you wished anything for yourself"
And his pather answered:
-"I once asked to have the best Christmas every year"

His son was confused, but then he said:
" And giving my wish to the people I loved, and seeing the happiness in them, has been my best wish!"

Since then Christmas has been a date to love your people and not to worry about anything else. And The light of Christmas is still shining every 24th of December.
