Our school is a happy and vibrant place, where children say they feel safe and secure and able to give their best.&nbsp; At Manifold- every child really does matter to us and we aim to make a difference to every child. We&nbsp;believe that every child is unique and should be treated as an individual. We provide children with lots of opportunities to reach their full potential. We hope that you enjoy looking at this little book and that it gives you a 'flavour' of our school. We look forward to meeting you soon.

We like to be active at school. We love to use our Tagtiv8 resources in Maths and English. We work closely with Stoke City Football Club. 

We love to have fun! While we are doing so we: - have kind hands - have kind feet - have kind mouths - have good listening ears - we have good looking eyes - treat everyone as we wish to be treated ourselves -respect everyone - always try our best and never give up!

We love Jesus, love others, love learning, love life. (John 10:10 I have come so that you may have life and live it to the full.)

We have a school dog called Buster! He was 2 years old in January. He has been coming to school everyday since he was 13 weeks old!

We are very lucky to have lots of space inside our school as well as outside!

We have an art room. It is great because we can make lots of mess!

We have a play room for when it is too wet or wild to play outside!

We have a computer room as well as laptops in the classroom.

We have a reflection room where we go for whole school worship and music.

We also have a sensory room that we can use if we need a bit of space. 

Our school dinners are really tasty but some children do choose to bring their own packed lunch from home. We sit in our house teams to enjoy our lunch. If the weather is nice, we sometimes eat outside on the picnic benches or on the grass. We work together at lunch to work out what is in the 'curiosity cuboid'. This is filled with items relating to either an event in the news or a word. Each team wins points if they guess the correct answer. We have a snack shop at playtime each day where children can buy toast, crumpets, teacakes, milk, apple juice or orange juice. Fresh fruit and water are also available every day.

We are very lucky to have lots of outdoor space. We have 11 acres, including two woodland areas and a pond! We like to get outside as much as we can so we always make sure we have coats and wellingtons at school!

We have lots of different after school clubs ranging from: - Sports (fencing, archery, football, multisports, dance) - Lego club - Indoor fitness (using the climbing frames) - Games club (including table tennis and board games) - Role play (we have a fancy dress room!) - Arts and crafts (we have a sewing room with sewing machines!) - Outrageous Outdoors (Forest school style activities) Our pupils help us to decide what clubs we offer each half term. Clubs run from 3:10 - 4:15pm

We love to have fun while we are learning. We also like to learn together as different age groups.

On a Monday and Friday we wear our school navy tracksuits. On a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, we wear our school uniform. We have our PE shorts and pumps in our bag every day. On our birthday, we wear our own clothes!

We love to make our school like inviting. 

We are a church school. We have a small act of worship every day. This might be in the form of a story, prayer or song. We sometimes go to our local church, St Lawrence, to worship and to learn about special places, do gravestone maths, history of the local area and art.

Fr John is our local Vicar. He sometimes comes into school to lead our worship. He is also one of our governors.
