Hot Spot not working?
Try these ideas:
*Make sure the hotspot is charged for extended time.
*Turn it off, take battery out, wait a 15 seconds. Put battery back in and turn on.
*Move the hotspot next to a window. If it is near a window and isn’t getting a good
signal, try another side of the house. The signal strength depends on where the closest
tower is located. You want the hotspot to be as close to the tower as possible with the
least amount of obstruction.
*Call TMobile at 844-341-4834. This number is to specific customer support for school
provided hotspots.
