The earth needs us to take care of it, just like we take care of our bodies. But recently us humans haven’t been doing that. Over the past 250 years, life on earth has changed a lot. It all started when humans back in the day began experimenting with travel.
Suddenly, they weren’t just walking, they started traveling by train, plane and car to discover all the different parts of our planet. As you’re reading this you might say how could all this be bad. Well, after some time something strange started to happen and our earth started to get sick.
Suddenly, they weren’t just walking, they started traveling by train, plane and car to discover all the different parts of our planet. As you’re reading this you might say how could all this be bad. Well, after some time something strange started to happen and our earth started to get sick.
Some scientist discovered how sick our earth is becoming and leaders around the world set up laws to protect earth. Unfortunately, those laws have not been enough to cure our earth’s illness. That illness is called Climate change. You probably know how you feel when you’re sick nothing is really working right, you can’t breathe through your nose, and can’t sleep through the night, your temperature starts to rise, runny nose and vomit those are the symptoms for us humans.
When Earth is sick it has more floods, fires, droughts & food shortages these are the symptoms of our earth and not that far from human symptoms but on a bigger scale. This means the people who live on Earth may have trouble breathing the air outside or won’t have access to food or water. You can think of climate change like the Earth getting a fever. Our planet is warming up kind of like how your body warms up when you have a fever.
