It was a very boring day at school when suddenly the door of my classroom opened. It was the headteacher but this time he wasn't alone, he had brought with him my new classmate Julia. She is so ugly...!!! Julia had come from Albania with her parents to find a job, so embarrassing....From what I heard they have financial problems, and that is obvious looking at her clothes! The headteacher told us to welcome her but my friends and I started laughing at her.

Finally, I am not bored in classes because I can make fun of her! My friends and I were at the canteen at the break when we realised that Julia doesn't speak Greek at all! The time passed pretty quickly and we had to leave. We got on the bus and Julia found a seat but as she was about to sit, I ran and took the seat,so she stayed standing all the way. I found it really funny!

When I got home, I had lunch and then I went online. I sent a lot of messages to the group discussion of the class making fun of Julia. My friends and I had a great time with that!

The next days every time Julia gave a wrong answer during the lesson or hadn't done all her homework, I laughed at her and told her things of the sort 'You don't belong here. ', and go learn Albanian and not Greek and stuff like that.

Days later the headteacher called my parents and Julia's parents at school because someone reported I was bullying her. My parents and I had a discussion about this and I promised them I wouldn't do it again but of course I did it again! Why miss all that fun???!!!

Because of our behaviour the headteacher expelled us from classes for a week and warned us that if we didn't stop, we would have to change school. After that we realised that things were serious. We promised that we wouldn't do it again and this time we kept our promise.

It was just a simple day of school when suddenly our headteacher came. He brought a new Albanian girl. Nobody welcomed her and she was embarrassed.

The time passed pretty quickly. We went to the bus and Julia found a spot to sit but Maria took her seat. After that we went to our houses and my classmates kept bullying her in our social media group.

The first day of school finally has come. I am nervous but also excited about how it will be there.

At 8.10 am I arrive at school. The headteacher takes me to my class to meet my new classmates. He asks them to greet me but they start laughing instead. I am so embarrassed and so awkward.

A girl whose name is Veronica sees that I feel bad and suggests I sit next to her. We spend all the first hour of school together.

The kids are making fun of me during the break. After the school we are going to catch the bus and I am about to sit when a girl ran to it and took it from me the last minute. I had to stand all the way back home!

Hey, guys! Welcome back to my YouTube channel. In today's video I'll talk about social bullying and my experience with it.

Social is a form of bullying that can be more difficult to detect because it can occur behind the victim's back, or it can take the form of public humiliation. Lots of people are commiting suicide every year just because of this problem.

It is very serious we need to stop this! We can help the ones who face it. If you are being bullied, you have to talk to someone about it, don't keep it to yourself, as I did...

My family and I moved to another town, when I was 14. Which means new school, new people, a fresh start for a teenager. I had to leave my friends behind and start over. Every teen in this situation deals with experiences and negative feelings, such as loneliness, fear of the unknown, lack of social support, stress and helplessness. Your first instinct may be to isolate yourself and withdraw from all social situations, online and face-to-face.&nbsp;

This is a natural emotion as you are trying to protect yourself from harm. You may be experiencing anxiety and depression which can also have a serious knock on your emotional and mental health and well-being. Another emotion you may feel is anger and this may develop into aggressive behavior. These emotions can feel distractive, so getting help is important. Back to the story...

Then, I found it difficult to make new friends. I was alone for a long time, but one day as I was sitting in the library a random girl approached me and said that she had wanted to talk to me for a while but never found the confidence to do so.

I thought we became friends, I shared with her my biggest secret, about my insecurities.&nbsp;I hated every single part of my body, I thought that I had to cover it up. I was concerned as to why my only friend didn't want to help me with my problems but I ignored these thoughts.

Until one day.. I heard her making fun of me and my insecurities. I saw the whole class whispering and laughing at me.

I immediately ran to the bathroom, crying. I even forgot to lock the door, that's when a cleaning lady came in. She asked me "what happened?" while wiping my tears away. She tried to calm me down and sent me to the principal's office, where I told my teacher that I was being bullied, she called my parents and made my classmates apologize.

I changed school, went to another nearby my house. The students there were much friendlier, I made many new friends to whom I'm very thankful for, because they helped me to gain confidence and started my career as a blogger. 

It was hard time for me and I made a huge mistake to trust the wrong person and not tell my parents about my situation. So guys, as I said, don't keep it to yourself. You are not alone, things will get better, trust me. Love yourself and be happy!

A few months ago a new girl came to our school and she was in my class. For some time she was alone and didn't speak to anyone. So, I decided to be the first person to talk to her but I didn't want anyone to see us, so I waited till she was alone. 

I found her at the library and started talking to her. She was a bit anxious at first but after a while we talked like normal friends. She even confided me her BIGGEST secret; she was very insecure about her body image.

I was a little surprised to hear that but then I somehow got angry about it because her body was like perfect to me but she kept complaining about it, which got so annoying that I didn't want to be friends with her anymore!

Anyways, she was the reason that the other classmates made fun of me because I was the only one talking to her! I didn't want them to make fun of me anymore, it was her fault anyways, so I told her secret to my entire class but I didn't know that it would end up like that!

When she came to class the next day, everyone was laughing at her, she seemed shocked and frustrated at the same time, then she started crying and ran away. Some time later the teacher called all of us at the principal's office! Her parents were there too.

I felt kinda bad for her but I got even angrier at her for telling our teacher all about it! Then, the principal made us apologise to her but I didn't mean it. We've never seen her again since that day. I think it's better without her! She would never become a member of our class anyways!

Dear Diary, it's February and there are four months left for schools to close. I love learning and all those things, but I don't have a nice time there. The two boys I was talking to you about in September are still bothering me. But now it's getting worse.

Today I have to go to their house or else they are going to show to all the school that picture of me and my body will be exposed! I'm so scared...

Dear Diary, it's the 12th of May. Yesterday I changed school because my parents understood something was wrong. My body couldn't hold it anymore... I passed out and my parents saw the bruises...

I met a girl today at my new school. I love spending time with her but I feel insecure because she is so much better than me...

Dear diary, it's the 30th of May. The girl I was talking to you about is like my best friend and we share our secrets! But I have a big problem. The boy I like likes her...

I know we would be really cute together because he's the best kid of the school. He wouldn't hit me or do things I don't want to do. I have to do something to win him over!

Dear Diary, I'm really sad! I made a huge mistake... My friend had told me a big secret of hers and I told all the class so that the boy I like could hear it. She left our school and I'm to blame! I need to find her!

I informed Julia about what had happened in the social media group. She didn't care because she couldn't do anything. In the lessons they kept bullying her when she was giving wrong answers. Of course I didn't want her to be bullied so I told the headteacher.

The bullies understood the mistakes they had made, so they stopped. After a few days we all became good friends and had a lot of good moments.

They apologised to me and my parents and told us that they will speak to their kids about that problem

But some kids kept bullying me despite the apologies so, in the end, they got expelled by the principal...

Hopefully, a few days later things got better. I made some new friends and improved my Greek

The headteacher called Maria's parents and her friend's parents. They talked to Julia's parents and they told them that they were sorry. After a few days things got better but they didn't stop, so the headteacher took action and told them to stop or they would be kicked out of the school.

The whole week the kids continue to make fun of me and I avoid them all because I was feeling bad. After a couple of days Veronica said everything to the headteacher. The following day he called my parents and the parents of the kids whom I had been bullying and told them everything.
