Why you have to watch what to eat?
You need to eat healthy food because proper nutrition gives many benefits. For example, with proper nutrition you will have a fit body line, the hair will be firmer and healthier too. You will not have to go often to your dentist because you will have healthier teeth. With proper nutrition your body will be more resistant to diseases because you will strengthen your immune system. The most important thing about proper nutrition is that when you eat healthy, you feel good and satisfied. 
What to eat to be healthier?
Carbohydrates are important for proper nutrition because they serve as fuel to our body. (Apropos, keeping blood sugar level stable is important for your activities.) Carbohydrates can be divided into two groups: good and bad carbohydrates. 5 to 6 meals a day should contain good carbohydrates. Some of good carbohydrates are: whole grains, whole grain breads, fruits, vegetables, brown rice, oats, barley, beans, lentils and potatoes.

Some bad carbohydrates which we should avoid are: processed cereals, white bread, donuts, biscuits, cake, sweet drinks, chips, pasta, sweet syrups and other similar food. (They are called bad because you can be fat from them or you can get diabetes because of them.)

Proteins are important because they build our body. They should be taken 2 to 3 times a day. Food wealthy in protein are eggs, milk, meat, broccoli, nuts (for example almonds), tuna, greek youghurt, legumes and many similar. (Too much protein can be harmful for us.)

We need healthy fats because they are necessary for the growth and development of the organism. To meet a sufficient fat intake it is primarily necessary to consume foods prepared on sunflower or olive oil which are rich in unsaturated (good) fatty acids. There is also a bad form of fat: trans fat. Bad fat are in fast food, and food like that in large quantities can cause obesity, acne, a feeling of lethargy and lack of energy.
Vitamins and minerals are responsible for our growth, development and defense of the body against disease. We should take them 2 to 3 times in a day. Vitamin and minerals are in fruits and vegetables. Also, it is important to say that fruits and vegetables with legumes provides fiber that is important for proper digestion.

In conclusion, lets emphasize once again why it is important to eat healthily. When we eat healthy, we will be healthy and and you will feel satisfied in your skin.
