Its the perfect place for settling we have the best Natural resources

We have lots of trees, perfect for lumber, rocky shorelines perfect for shipbuilding and clean water

The middle colonies are much easier, why spend hours in the hot sun growing tobacco when you can spend minutes fishing in great weather 

Why be someone who blocks the Spanish from attacking when you can live peacefully up North

Why live with debtors when you can live with people who pay of debt and wont be thrown into jail if you have any. 

Here in the middle colonies we have a great school University of Penn, its a great school, one of the best school in the colonies

And no were not talking about Quaker Oats, thats a different thing

The middle colonies were founded for religious freedom for anyone who wanted to come You can be a Quaker Christian you name it.
