Why journals? Journals are a fantastic way for you to share your progress, gather ideas, and reflect on your experiences.
Practices
for Your Math Journal
A multimedia journal lets you go beyond adding text to the page to include:
+ photographs
+ images
+ links
+ and more!

Journals might have a structure, but can still provide lots of space for you to be creative and decide on how to capture your thinking.
1) Write for yourself - while I will read your responses, write as if nobody will
2) Don't limit journaling to text - feel free to include your doodles, upload images/sound, personal videos, etc.
3) Keep your journal organized - feel free to color code, each "page" has a left and a right, include shapes
4) Journal regularly - at least once each day, if not more
