Context
Everyone nowadays understands that "knowledge is a valuableasset." There are two sorts of knowledge: tacit and explicit. Tacit knowledge is what one has in his or her head, whereas explicit knowledge is what is articulated in words or in a form that others can understand.
To be passed on to others, tacit information must betransformed into explicit knowledge. Teachers are becomingincreasingly vital as the value of information grows. Therationale for this is that teachers play an important rolein imparting knowledge to pupils, who will eventually leada country.Teachers have a direct impact on students since they arethe ones who introduce them to values and knowledge.
Motivational speech
Our esteemed provost Dr. M. N. Patel sir opened the training programme with a motivational speech on the program's goals. He greeted all of the incoming faculty members with friendly words and explained the purpose of the induction programme. Respected Dr. H Vijayakumar sir provided information about the organisation and operation of the university (Pro-vice Chancellor).
Following the warm welcome and inauguration speech, Ms. Chhaya Iyer (Deputy Director of TTC) described the program's outline and importance, followed by Dr. Pavan Dwivedi sir's speech on "Respect your Profession Professional Ethics."
