Context Everyone nowadays understands that "knowledge is a valuableasset." There are two sorts of knowledge: tacit and explicit. Tacit knowledge is what one has in his or her head, whereas explicit knowledge is what is articulated in words or in a form that others can understand. To be passed on to others, tacit information must betransformed into explicit knowledge. Teachers are becomingincreasingly vital as the value of information grows. Therationale for this is that teachers play an important rolein imparting knowledge to pupils, who will eventually leada country.Teachers have a direct impact on students since they arethe ones who introduce them to values and knowledge.

Conclusion It can be concluded that training of teachers is the key to impart knowledge, values and culture from generations to generations. The quality of the youth or students depends upon the quality of teachers. Train the teachers, develop them and equip them with skills to cope with the changing environment and changing requirements of the profession and they will eventually produce their replicas in form of brilliant students. It is also important to keep in mind that only trained teachers cannot be held responsible for the quality of entire education system, students also have to be motivated and interested in benefiting from their teachers. Some other factors will also have to be considered. In short training and development of teachers is the first and most important step in enhancing students’ performance.

FACULTY INDUCTION PROGRAM - III

Outcome of Program Outcome 1 : Curriculum and Planning:Graduates will use their core subject and pedagogy knowledge to develop learning goals and objectives based on state and national standards and local curriculum, as well as design teaching that engages students in meaningful learning activities and includes a balanced approach to student evaluation. Outcome 2 : The Learner and the Learning Environment: Graduates will demonstrate their understanding of intellectual/cognitive, social/emotional, and other characteristics of the diversity of learners, as well as their ability to create an environment of respect and rapport and a learning culture for all students, as well as their ability to implement classroom procedures, behavior management, and learning environment organisation to ensure a focus on learning.

Motivational speech Our esteemed provost Dr. M. N. Patel sir opened the training programme with a motivational speech on the program's goals. He greeted all of the incoming faculty members with friendly words and explained the purpose of the induction programme. Respected Dr. H Vijayakumar sir provided information about the organisation and operation of the university (Pro-vice Chancellor). Following the warm welcome and inauguration speech, Ms. Chhaya Iyer (Deputy Director of TTC) described the program's outline and importance, followed by Dr. Pavan Dwivedi sir's speech on "Respect your Profession Professional Ethics."

Outcome 3: Teaching: Graduates will deliver meaningful learning experiences for all students by integrating their knowledge of content, pedagogy, the learner and the learning environment; engaging in the reflective instructional cycle of planning, instructing, assessing, and adjusting based on data; and applying a variety of communication, instructional, and assessment strategies in their teaching. Outcome 4: Professional Responsibilities for Self Renewal: Graduates will demonstrate their commitment to continuous self-improvement by engaging in professional learning, collaborative practice with colleagues, reflection on practice, and investigation of ideas to improve teaching and learning that contribute to the renewal of the teaching profession.
