Once upon a time there was a new supermarket just made in Grand Village. It was small, but the best part was the dessert aisle. Everyone gets smarter when they leave the dessert aisle because of a Marshmallow. That marshmallow loved to learn, but what he loved most was math.The best thing that he could do was round up to ones, tens, hundreds, and thousands. The first morning of the grand opening of Grand Village supermarket Marshmallow was getting his math notebook out. Then every one came running in when the clock hit 7:00. Marshmallow saw this little girl coming to him, then Marshmallow said, ''Do you want to know how to round up to the nearest ten?" The girl replied, ''What's rounding?'' Then Marshmallow answered, "I'll tell you ." He took his notebook out and showed her.

Let's say you have the number 58. It can either be rounded to 60 or 50. The answer is 60! This is because, 58 is closer to 60

The little girl repetitively nodded her head.

Count how many marshmallows are in the first and second row. Then round them all up!

Marshmallow told the little girl to round up the price of the graham crackers.The little girl followed Marshmallow to the other half of the dessert aisle. When they found the gram crackers, the little girl found the price for the gram crackers. She read, "Jumbo pack $5.00,''and she rounded to 10! This is because, 5 is closer to 10!

The little girl's tummy grumbled, and was starving. So she ate Marshmallow.
