Emma, Mia, Ana, Mario, Sofia and Justin are students in the 10th grade. “What class do we have now?” Mia asked.
“Biology...” Justin responded, bored.
“Ah, and we're going to talk about waste and the planet...”
The teacher entered the class and showed the children a video in which the evolution of the planet was presented unless we will take measures in terms of pollution.
"Wow...", said Ana terrified, “is that how our planet will look like?”
“I hope not ...“ Mario replied.
When the bell rang, they all went to the cafeteria.
“We really have to
do something!”

Arriving at the library,
Emma asked the librarian:
“Do you have books about the environment?”
“Yes, sure! They’re on the second shelf, on the wall.”
They ran there, they took
a book at a time, and for a few
hours they took notes from them.
“I know what we have to do!”
Mia said optimistic!
“What?”

and go with other

children began to make posters and shared them throughout the school, to all students and teachers.
“What a great idea? Who came up with it?” asked the biology teacher

It is Saturday, the
children started preparing for the next day when they are going to leave for
Bear Lake, a lake in the Carpathian Mountains, Mures County. In the morning, the organizing students and teachers hit the road.
Arriving there, they were absolutely captivated by the beauty of the mountains and the lake. The weather was on their side: the sun seemed as happy as the children, and it was an atmosphere in which the love for nature and confidence in being able to make a change floated above them like a swarm of white butterflies.

The waste has been seen on the trails in the forest, so there was a great need for children to volunteer. At 10 a.m., the team was waiting for the other students so they could get the job done. They kept waiting, waiting, but no one was arriving. The excited children began to be overshadowed by the

“Teacher, what are we going to do? We have to leave tonight...”
“We can not get back empty-handed when we have organized ourselves so well. How can our colleagues be so ungrateful?... We're not going to give up! Even if we are few, if we carefully organize our tasks, we will be able to clean the environment! I know how much soul you put for all of us to meet and clean up the forest. You will be rewarded for your desire to make the world a better and less polluted place, and we, as teachers, will be with you!”
With that being said, the children were enlightened again and felt a strong desire to give all their strength to prove to others, and to them, that they had enough ambition to be better than the world surrounding them. They’ve got to work! Hours passed and the bags of waste kept filling up! They all worked tirelessly, without complaining or grieving for the absence of colleagues. They have learned that power lies only in their hands and that they can easily fulfill their dreams if they have the right people by their side!

“We could open an organization to deal with these
environmental issues when we get older. Wouldn't that be great?” asked Ana.

The six children and their teachers had done, somewhere in the mountains, acts that were not known to anyone. And so they thought it would remain unknown. Until... Boys, boys, girls shout in the choir, we were on the news!!!
“Look, our names are on TV!! They are saying that we are brave, and we will be valuable citizens when we grow up. It’s surreal...”
They were happy for weeks, even months for their success. They felt that they were great people, that their ideas have been listened to, and they could really help the world around them. They grew up. Their group had become unique.
