People could no longer go to shopping centres, nor even to the hairdressers. Soon there would be no more vacancies in hospitals, and people continued to get sick. But Spring didn't know it! It's time to do the gardening, because the lawns were greenner and greener. It was March 2020! People were put in confinement to protect grandparents, families and children. Meetings and meals with families were over. Fear became real, and the days were always the same. But Spring didn't know it! Apple trees, cherry trees and all other trees began to bloom and the leaves grew. People started to read and play in family, and learn another language. Sang on the balconies and invited neighbors to do the same.

People learnt a new language: to be supportive and concentrated on other values. People became aware of the importance of health, and suffer in this world that had stopped. The economy that had fallen down. But Spring didn't know it! The flowers gave way to fruits, Birds made their nests and the swallows arrived. Then came the day of freedom. People heard on TV that the virus had lost. People left their homes, they sang and cried and hugged their neighbors without masks and gloves. Then&nbsp;Summer came because Spring didn't know. It was always there in spite of the virus, fear, death ... Because Spring didn't know ... But it taught the people the power of life!

The&nbsp;Poem " E a Primavera não sabia" (And Spring didn't know )&nbsp;crosses frontiers to spread hope to the world. It's a poem written by Irene Villa and was published in French in the newspaper Petit Hong Kong.&nbsp; Translation into English: It was 22nd March The streets were empty, the shops closed. People couldn't leave their homes, But Spring didn't know it! Flowers started to bloom, the sun shone, the birds sang, the swallows were about to arrive. The sky was blue, and the mornings came earlier. It was March 2020! Teens had to study online&nbsp; and find something to do in their freetime at home.

SDG 19 &gt; Life without corona One of the greatest artists to capture Spain’s light was Joaquín Sorolla y Bastida (1863-1923). Born in the coastal city of Valencia, Sorolla is best known for his depictions of beach and water scenes. But he was also proficient in portraiture and landscape painting.
