As Charlotte walks into her new school, she sees’ groups of people and starts to feel lonely because she doesn’t have any friends yet. Charlotte feels nervous and scared because she doesn’t know anyone yet and nobody has acknowledged her. She walks to find her class and runs into a group of people and she asks where her class is and they point in the wrong direction.

The school building towered over her, it seemed as big as a mountain.   

“Diiiiiiing!” The school bell rings, and Charlotte starts to go home.

Charlotte wants to prove to people that she can find the crystal because everyone doubted her and didn’t think that she could find it.
The other kids said that she couldn’t do it, and made fun of her because she said she could find it ‘’no no no’’ you will never find it the kids say. It felt like Charlotte she was as invisible as a ghost.

Charlotte was bullied because she said she could find the crystal, and to prove them wrong Charlotte left by herself to find the crystal, which was hidden in a cave far away. As Charlotte rushes determined to find crystal, she feels a cold gust of wind as she opens her door to leave. The trees seem to wave as the branches blow in the wind.

As Charlotte sets off to find the crystal, she quickly realizes that it is going to be harder than she thought. Charlotte looks at the mountains ahead of her as cold rain falls down hard on her head, she is as cold as a iceberg.  She shivers as water drips down her face and starts walking again. 

Charlotte slowly walks into the cave, cautious of what could lie ahead. So far so good Charlotte thinks to herself. When she gets in the cave she looks up at a huge rock towering above her. And at the top of that rock lies a bright blue crystal. Shining as bright as a thousand diamonds.  She smiles, sets her bag down and begins to climb the rock.

When she reaches the top she grabs the crystal and places it in her pocket, “Don’t drop it.” Charlotte tells herself. and starts to climb down and then quickly realizes that it fell out and landed on a ledge,”no,no,no,no” Charlotte mutters, afraid to lose the crystal. she starts to go down quicker, when she gets to the crystal, she reaches out and takes it. 

When Charlotte walks into school the next day, she is surprised when Rae is the first person to come up to her. “Is it true you found the crystal?” Rae asks, curious. Her eyes wide like an owls. “Yeah, how did you know?” Charlotte says confused. “Everyone knows” Rae responds. “People have been looking for it for like a million years, how did you find it?” Rae asks curiously.
