AMERICAN PANCAKES
Ingredients
You will need:
200 g flour
1 egg
1 tbsp baking powder
250 ml milk
3 tbsp melted butter
4 tbsp sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 vanilla sugar
Instructions
1. First you have to stir together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl.
2. In a separate bowl add your sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, melted butter and milk. Mix it all together.
3. Add the dry mixture to your wet mixture. After you mix it your mixture should be thick.
4. Heat a small frying pan on a medium heat. Add some oil on the pan and fry your pancakes on each side. Your pancakes should be golden brown.
5. Server your pancakes with nutella or marmalade.

Recipe for the best muffins
Ingredients:
o 4 eggs
o 1.5 cup of sugar
o 1 cup of mineral water or milk
o 1 cup of oil
o 2.5 cups of soft flour
o 1 baking powder
Preparation:
1) Turn the oven to 200C and allow it to heat.
2) Fold the baskets into the muffin mold.
3) Foam 4 eggs, gradually add 1.5 cup of sugar, then 1 cup mineral water or milk and 1 cup of oil. Then gradually add 2.5 cups of soft flour and 1 baking powder. Mix it all the time. When everything is binded together, stop.
4) Fill the baskets up to 3/4 and place them in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes.
5) When the muffins have became bronze, remove them from the oven and wait for them to cool.
6) That's it. You can add a variety of other additives like creams, puddings, fruits, sweet whipped cream or chocolate.
7) At last you can decorate cake as desired and your muffins are done.
8) You can serve the muffins.

100 g of walnuts
750 g of cherries

1 Put the margarine , the sugar and the egg yolks into a bowl and mix everything with a mixer.
2 Add the flour with baking powder, a milk, little lemon peel and mix everything together.
3 In another bowl mix the egg whites. Then put it in first bowl with the walnuts.
4 Pour the mixture into a dish and put the cherries
5 Put the dish into the oven at 180° for 35 minutes.
6 Serve the cherry cake with tea or coffee.

½ of margarine
50 g of coconut flour for sprinkling
Instructions:
1. Stir egg whites with sugar, add flour with baking powder and coconut flour.
2. Bake in preheated oven on 180*C for 20 minutes.
3. overflow a baked biscuit with hot milk.
4. Allow the biscuit to completely absorb the milk.
5. From 5 dl cold milk separate 3 spoons and stir with egg yolks, sugar and pudding.
