Jesus Rescued Me!

God loves people so much that He came to Earth as Jesus to take away sin. Jesus died for my sin so I wouldn't have to. Jesus died to rescue me!

When I love Jesus, He starts turning me into the person He always meant me to be.&#160;

Start off with thanksgiving to God. All prayers begin with thanking and praising God. Example: Dear God, thank you for giving me my family that loves me and a wonderful church that loves me too.

After thanking and praising God, this is where you say what you want to say to God. It doesn't have to be fancy or complicated, God is your best friend and knows what you're trying to say to Him. Since you're praying about sin, your message is to ask for forgiveness. Example: forgive all my sins, take away my guilt, help me to get along with  Christians around me&nbsp;that I may share the gospel with the whole world.

After you get your main point across to God, you want to close with forgiveness for others. Example: Help my friends and family to listen to what God says.

Example Prayer: "Dear God, thank you for giving me my family that loves me and a wonderful church that loves me too. Forgive all my sins, take away my guilt, help me to get along with Christians around me&nbsp;that I may share the gospel with the whole world. Help my friends and family to listen to what God says. Amen

Jesus is AMAZING! Even though He died for my sin and the sin of everyone in the whole world, He came alive again after three days!&#160;

The day Jesus came alive again is called Resurrection Sunday or Easter.&#160;

Jesus is making ME new, and He is also making the whole world new! He wants me to join Him in making the world more like He always meant it to be. I can do this by choosing to love God, love people, and take care of the world He made. I am very happy that JESUS RESCUED ME!

When God created people, He gave us a job to do. We were made to love God, love people, and take care of the beautiful world God created.&#160;
