The Blind Witch

O

nce upon a time , a blind girl who was called Bertha could not see anything but she was kind .Bertha was poor, however, she liked to go out .

One day she went to the market which was next to the forest. Bertha walked at the market slowly. Suddenly, an old lady went near her and mumbled, 'Little girl, do you want to see light again and you will not be blind.'

'Are you Sure?' Bertha wondered, 'but why do I need to trust you?'
'No, it's true!" the old lady grumbled, 'please come with me, little girl. Oh, I forget to introduce myself, you can call me Ms Daray'

Bertha followed Ms Daray and they went into a house in the forest. Ms Daray was a witch who learned about magic, but Bertha was afraid of her.

Sitting on the chair, Bertha was tired and hungry. Hence, Ms Daray gave her a plate of food and drinks. Bertha could feel the magic power. 'What should I do so that I can leave?' she begged.
'What! You want to leave? No, you can't!' Ms Daray said furiously.

like to take out Bertha's hair which was long and shiny. However, Bertha had got the clock which was a tool to get the magic power.

Ms Daray got very angry because she could no longer use her magic. Soon, Ms. Daray disappeared, Bertha was free,

However Bertha had already touched the clock, her heart turned black and she became a witch. She was called Blind - witch by everyone, and she was the next evil witch.
