After Dad and the twins left the mountain, the silver claws followed them home.

During the night, while everyone was soundly asleep, Frankie suddenly heard a loud and sharp scream from outside, down on the street. When he looked down from the window, he was shocked and immediately awakened Dad and Lucy.

While staring at the street, they saw fires, with many places exploding and the claw-like creatures they saw earlier that morning were there. Thus, they were afraid of going out of the house, so they turned on the television and finally learned about what was happening.

Subsequently, the TV program said that scientists had discovered that the creatures were aliens from another planet and those aliens were destroying and corrupting our earth. Humans were in a dangerous situation, and they were not safe now. Many people were being killed by those aliens, so we had to protect ourselves.

In the meantime, The Hong Kong  government had prepared a spaceship for its citizens, but it would arrive one hour later. The government warned that they won’t wait for people if they were late. Suddenly a strange noise came closer and closer to the family's home. Dad immediately took out a knife and stood in front of the kids.

“Now listen kids, after you’ve gone down the street, don’t look back. Just run as fast as you can to the place that the spaceship is. If anything happens, I’ll cover you two!” instructed Dad excitedly.

After the kids were ready, Dad opened the door quietly and they started to run to the security checkpoint.

Suddenly an enormous alien was in front of them! Dad dashed forward and fought with the alien. At the same time, the kids arrived at the security checkpoint. Luckily Dad also arrived a few minutes later. They all boarded the spacecraft in a rush. At last the spaceship flew up into the sky, then the upper atmosphere and finally into the vacuum of space to lead humans to an undiscovered planet with a new future.
