Decision making prioritiesLoading...
Under the current pandemic circumstances, we have made decisions for our school in person learning plan based off the following:
1. Safety and Health - When in a position to make a decision, we will choose what is the safest for our students and Meridian staff. There are staff members assigned to ensuring our safety procedures are followed by all those who are part of the hybrid learning environment.
2. Social/Emotional Well-Being - Mental well-being is a priority for Meridian. We need to take care of ourselves, our students and each other. At Meridian, we make relationships and community building a high priority.
3. Academics - After safety and meeting social/emotional needs, we will engage our students in meaningful, intentional and high-quality learning.

Social Distancing
Social distancing will be a main health and safety expectation. At all times possible, students and staff are asked to maintain a distance of 6ft between each other. Students may be seated 3ft from each other at desks doing light activity only. When not seated at desks, the 6ft distancing is required. Adults must always maintain 6 feet from anyone.
