Once upon a time there were five schools that started a project together to work on an online storybook about our dear elders.
Here it is the present we wanted to offer to those who have taught and loved us so much...
Belén P. Valencia, (16 years old)
I'm going to talk about my grandfather because he is a very important person to me.
My grandfather was born on 18th of June of 1933 in Enguera, a town in the Valencian province. He was raised by his uncle and his mother because his father was shot by Franco's troops when he was only 3 years old
He has 5 siblings, 2 sisters and 3 brothers.
He started working at an early age. He didn't go to school but he would have liked it.
My grandfather has been a hard worker all his life. He has worked in the fields and in a fabric factory.

My grandfather really liked music. Sometimes he still remembers the musical notes of some songs of his time.He also likes chess.
He participated in a town chess competition and still remembers the moves he made during the game to finish in a second place. Nowadays I play with him.
Tuğba, Kastamonu (15 years old)
I love being with him.
Three girls and a boy
He has four children.
My grandfather is retired.
He lives in the village.
I visit him often.
My grandfather has chickens and cows.
He loves to take care of them.
He also has a dog.
When i visit him we take a walk together, take care of the garden and animals.
