Sally and Alex Find a Way Home

Sally went next and slipped with only hanging on with one hand and fell but gary grasped her hand barely pulling her up, next went apple swinging across with no problem, Hoping to see her parents which taught her how to swing from tree to tree. They eventually got to the top of the tree, huffing and puffing like a train.

“Alex?” said Strawberry&nbsp; “yeah” he said back&nbsp; “You ready for the maze?” she questioned “Yeah” he replied.&nbsp; Ok “I’ll race ya!” and off they went, sprinting through the maze, huffing and puffing as loud as a storm, turning one corner after another and trying to find the exit where their parents waited but after a while in the maze, things got weird.

Sally Strawberry is a brave, clumsy strawberry. Her friend, Alex Apple, is arrogant and clever. Together they go to the pumpkin patch and play in the corn maze, but this year it didn't go as planned. As they flew through the farm on the, clean banana car that was as fresh as the wind.

As they struggled to the top of the tree they finally had a glimpse of Charlie the cherry home. And in a chair sat and elder wrinkly cherry. ¨He looks red like a raisin.¨ Mumbled Sally. “What brings you to my wisdom?”&nbsp; Said the Charlie the Cherry, ¨We need to find our parents and go home!¨ Sally said hastily. As Sally´s and Alex parents came up from the other side of the tree gasping for air as if they were holding their breath. Right when Sally and Alex saw their parents they ran towards them and starting crying while hugging them. Charlie the Cherry began to smile while pointing to the way of the actual exit.

They felt like they were getting farther from the exit rather than closer, going in circles, NOT finding the end. Then without realising they found what looked to be an exit a part of the fields was not there, a hole in the wall, shredded and torn. They thought it was the exit, but instead they were venturing further and further from the exit, from their parents, closer to the woods.&nbsp; “I think that were lost” said Alex “But I know how to get out,” “We need to find Charlie the Cherry”.

“Ok, what do you want” said Alex&nbsp; “3 pretzels” said Garry “What! Why 3, how about 2 or 1” “1 pretzel then” said Garry “Ugh fine” and then she pulled one freshly made pretzel out of her bag. Like a Magician at a magic show. “What!?!?, ok then, let’s go find that cherry."

As they climbed up the grand cherry tree, Garry kept shouting orders like “KEEP CLIMBING DONT GIVE UP” &nbsp;and that they did. They were just half way up when, a giant ravine cut across the path with a jungle vine hanging in the middle. Gary nervously said ¨Be careful the rope is slippery and make sure not to look down or you will fall.¨ &nbsp;Gary went first jumping on the rope and doing a backflip to the other side.&nbsp;

"Ello mate” said Garry. “We need to get to the top of the cherry tree” demanded Strawberry. “Now now calm down, I have studied that tree for all my life but I haven’t climbed it in years. The tree moves every year like a snail, slow but steady.” said Garry. “Well, we need to get to the top” Said Alex. “Well first you’ve got to get me a few things, they’re not hard to find but you bloody young’uns got to get it done,” replied Garry.

“Whos that?” said Sally &nbsp;“Charlie The Cherry is the wisest cherry in the forest and knows every entrance and exit&nbsp; like the back of his hand,¨ revealed Alex ¨Where is he we?¨&nbsp; “at the bottom of the grape vine I think” explained Alex. We are in the forest, we have to find Gary the grape, He is the only one who can get to Charlie the Cherry¨ Alex said worried.&nbsp; They walked around and found a big green grape vine, hundreds of feet long with thousands of individual vines. At the bottom was a grizzled purple grape.
