Ice Hockey

Hockey has  violence too. Some people get injuries from hockey fights or checks.   

If you play hockey you have to know how to stop. 

If you want to be like Alexander Ovechkin you have to practice. To be in the National Hockey League (NHL) you have to be willing to work hard and impress your coach so you can get drafted.

To play you need certain equipment. For example, you need a helmet, gloves, shoulder pads, hockey stick, skates, knee pads, elbow pads, neck guard,and mouth guard.
