How to embed <strong>Google Docs</strong>

Sign into <a href="https://docs.google.com/document/">Google Docs</a> and create your document (our example just uses one of the pre-made templates).

Click on the Share button in the top right. Note, you might need to change the <a href="https://support.google.com/drive/answer/2494822?visit_id=636710680746108767-1464931755&amp;p=link_sharing_options&amp;hl=en&amp;rd=1#link_sharing">sharing options</a> so everyone can access it. If it's public, anyone can see it.

When you're ready, click on the <strong>Get shareable link </strong>button to automatically copy the link.

Import the link into Book Creator and you'll see the Google Doc gets embedded onto the page. Use the Inspector to toggle on/off the thumbnail image.

Name

Safari may block some audio or video from playing automatically and ‘read to me’ will skip these. You can configure this in Safari’s preferences.
