How to embed <strong>Google Forms</strong>

Sign into <a href="https://docs.google.com/forms">Google Forms</a> and create your form or quiz.

When you're ready, click on the <strong>SEND </strong>button in the toolbar, and choose the embed option &lt;&gt;. Copy the embed code.

Import the embed code into Book Creator and the form will be added to your page. Use the Inspector to toggle on/off the thumbnail image.

Safari may block some audio or video from playing automatically and ‘read to me’ will skip these. You can configure this in Safari’s preferences.
