Think of a subject you would like to create a template for. Find a page (20+) Change the background of your page and add a title using the text and shape tool.

Add a drag &amp; drop activity or matching activity (i.e. drag an image to the correct word, draw a line from a word to its' definition, etc.) using shapes, text, and images. Copy and Paste can be extremely helpful with this task.

Add a video or a link (to a video or website) somewhere on your page.

Question and Reflection- Add a question/prompt about the video or the link you added and add a place for students to reflect/respond to it (i.e. adding a place for text, a place to add a video, a place to add sound, a place to draw a picture) using shapes and text.

Add a voice recording to your page that gives directions on how to complete it.

Lock any objects that AREN'T movable in place. (Right click on the item --&gt; Click "Lock")

3. Create 1 book and duplicate a page several times.

4. OR Create 1 book and duplicate the book for as many students as you have.

5. Share the library code with your students so they can start interacting!

Tonight you will create a template in our eBook. You will choose an empty page (21+) and remain on that same page the entire night. You will be given tasks throughout the chat to complete on your page. Tasks are listed on Page 15 in case you miss them on Twitter.

Students use several different Book Creator tools to show the number of the day. They can potentially use the text tool, the drawing tool, shape tool, and the photo tool. Everything has been locked into place so students can't move it around.

What has the weather been like this week?

The colored squares have been duplicated and stacked on top of each other so students can drag the square to the correct weather for the day. Everything is locked into place EXCEPT the colored squares because that is what students will be moving.

Students fill out this Life Cycle of a Butterfly Template by adding text, drawings, or videos/pictures. Everything has been locked onto the page so students cannot move them around.
