Plates Tectonics

Each year his body sinks a bit, and one day he reached the bottom of the crusts.

And then another few millions years later, he became a true fossil!

One day, a dinosaur was born, And he’s mom named him Georgie.

One day a geologist saw a little piece of Georgie’s bone. So he think there must be a whole entire dinosaur here. So he started digging.

We are all living on a big thick rock called crust, and when Georgie slips into the fault he is now in the middle of the crust.

And one day the earthquake happened again, but this time is a divergent earthquake witch means the ground is going up, then guess what happened...........he appeared on the ground.

And one day an transform earthquake happened, and after the earthquake the ground appeared a big crack. So Georgie jumped in with he’s curiosity and........reeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!! 

Transform is when two plates slip, and it will cause earthquake. I will make cracks on the ground, Georgie was trying to explore the fault, but he didn’t know that the fault was that deep, so he sacrificed.

divergent means that two plates have been pushed apart and some of the ground will be pushed up. And that is when fossils appears. The reason that the plates was pushed apart was because the magma goes up so the plates will be pushed apart. And the reason that magma goes up is because it has less dense.

Everyday he grow up a little bit, then a few years later Georgie became a adult dinosaur.

After a long time of digging, Georgie ended up in the museum.
