civil human rights ( civil means to be polite and being a global citizen
economic human rights ( distributing something)
Sometimes people are in favor of others having the same rights they value themselves but in some countries like Burma, Eritrea, Libya, North Korea, and Sudan, their leaders are selfish and dislike human rights.
