I’m really want to get better at basketball. All my friends are good at it, and I’m not even close to as good as them. So I want to take my time in PE class to get better at basketball Meet Seycove!
My favourite part of teamwork
Teamwork
Everybody knows that teamwork can be very challenging but anyone can do it if they put their mind to it. I think the most common challenge with teamwork is when everybody has their on ideas or ways of thinking and they put up blocks. But a way you can handle that is to take a deep breath and let everyone’s ideas be heard, then you can use each other’s ideas as building blocks to make one mega idea. Another hard thing in teamwork is communicating. Some people don’t talk at all, some talk to much. The best way to handle this is by asking people who don’t talk what they think because they can’t input there ideas when everyone else is talking. Remember to always support your teammates. Don’t just say not to an idea right away, see if you can build on it
Destination Imagination
I think my Di group is doing good at some aspects and we could still get better at others. For example we are getting quite a lot better at acting improv style because we have been practicing with one word stories, where you have to work as a team fast to make up a story. But I think we can still get better at teamwork. Even though we did good in the instant challenge. I think we could still improve at teamwork, and thinking faster. Because we need to get good at those before the tournament. If we bring all of these elements together I think we will do well in the tournament.
