Everyday he Wakes up at 6 A.M. o’ clock then he Has breakfast with ham and cheese yougurt and fruit juice at 6.30 A.M. After that works out from 10A.M. to 12.30P.M.AT 2:00 PM he Has lunch with chiCken and Salad,then he takes a nap untill 3:30P.M.
AT 4 o’ clock PM he Has swim session.
AT 5:30 P.M. He has a snack with toast and fruit,after that he usually practices
pilates till 7 o’ clock PM.
HE Has dinner with meat or fish and vegetables at 8 o’ clock PM,then he loves spending time with his family and friends.
at 22 o’ clock PM he goes to bed
