2 oz (60g) of dark chocolate
6 oz (180g) milk chocolate
3⁄4 cup (180g) unsalted butter
2 1⁄2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
4 large eggs
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips
some icing sugar

Preheat the oven to 175C
turn on the hob, then put the pan on the hob and put some boiling water in the pan.Now put the bowl on the pan and put the chocolate and butter in the bowl. Then stir the chocolate until it’s smooth. Leave it to cool for a bit, then add the sugar, the vanilla and the eggs. Stir it completely, then add the salt, the flour, then the chocolate chips, and stir completely. Line a baking tray with butter and flour, pour in the mixture, smooth it, then put it in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes. When it’s ready, wait until it’s completely cool, then cover it finely with icing sugar, cut it up and then eat it with your mouth.
