REFLECTION OF OUR PROJECT ''EVERY STUDENT IS SPECIAL''

&nbsp;&nbsp;In our Project ,which is Every Student is Special, students were our main focus. This Project was student-centered. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;We kept on eye personal differences of students while following the Project. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;We were aware that every student is different from each other and she or he is unique. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;We saw that every student had different skills and learning strategies. Students learnt with using different ways. Also,they had different family background and life style. One student lived in happy family and the other lived in unhappy family. Some of them were immigrants. They had some difficulties&nbsp;about coherency in new country and society. Some of them had disabilities. They didn’t have self-confidence. We saw that their behaviours,characters and success were shaped by their family background,emotional and pyhsical differences. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;In this Project, we,being a teacher,collaborated with students. Also we were in connection with their parents. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;We gave some workshops in order to inform parents. Parents understood adoloscent psychology and emotion thanks to workshops. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;We contributed to students’ social skills thanks to our Project. Students were active participants. They learnt by doing. They built good relationships between their friends. They were social. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;We influenced their personality positively. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;We realized that if we want students to be successfull in both academic life and social life,teachers,students and parents should have good relationships and connections. We provided these connections in our Project. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;That is, our Project, EVERY STUDENTS IS SPECIAL, reached the goal.
