I have always wanted to go to Greece and my family and I even did it! We booked a fancy hotel but we couldn't arrive earlier than midnight because the journey from Germany to Greece was very inconvenient. So first of all we went to our apartment and went to bed directly because we were so tired!

On the next day we wanted to explore the surroundings and the beautiful hotel facilities. Every day there was a nice program for teenager and children like me. One day my whole family and another very kind family we met there  did a cool mountain bike tour. We rode down many steep trails which gave us lots of great impressions and we discovered a small hidden cove. There&nbsp;you&nbsp;could recover well! We also played a game of cards.&nbsp;

 Near the hotel facility was a beautiful beach with white sand and clear blue water. We went there actually almost every day. The sand was very soft and the view over the light blue water was just picturesque. You could walk almost 50m into the water and you were still able to stand.

My great trip to France: A travelogue by Oskar König

In this summer holiday my family and I went to France. There were three stops on our trip. In Paris (that was our first stop), I felt sick but still we went to the Eifeltower. After that we did a bus tour through Paris and when it ended we ate something in a restaurant. Then we went at our cottage by bus. On the next day we went to a campsite by the sea in the south of France. It calls Contis de la plage. We went there because we all wanted to go to the sea.&nbsp;There I learned how to surf and it was very interesting and I loved it. There was also a swimming pool and a great football place where I played very often. We got to know some people who live in Refrath, too.&nbsp; After two weeks there we went to our last stop. That was a chilling campsite in the west of France. It is called Il de Ré. We didn’t do so many things there butthere was a swimming pool and a football place, too.&nbsp; That was a very nice holiday for me. It took four weeks and I liked it so much. Next year I want to come back.

I am and my family planted to go to Mallorca. I was excited and happy about that. That’s very overwhelmed. Packing the suitcases and go by car to the airpot As we when we arrived we went to the house of my Grandma and her husband. The days in Mallorca was cool. My father said we go to the beach and do a trip. In the Taxi I felt asleep but as we was there was it very cool. I saw boats old houses and a very clear sea. It was refreshing swimming there. After a while we go home and sleep.&nbsp; One day we went to a trip-stone cave in Manacor. There were a jaw dropping view. Little spikes trip stones was in the cave. One day my father said It’s time to go home. In the Airport I drank a fuce tea and I won a gratis hamburger. In the plane I thought about the holidays. It was very cool. What a great holiday.

I always wanted to go back to Mallorca because there are a lot of breath-taking places. For example the wonderful beach or the  coolest village of Mallorca. Finally one day we flew back to Mallorca. I was very excited about that.

When we arrived in Mallorca, we went by taxi to the old village called Petra. That was a breath-taking experience in Petra. There was a lots of spectacular houses and structures . We went to my grandma and her husband's house. Then I put on my swimming trunks and we went to the beach.

At the beach in cologne of sant Jordy, I saw a lots of boats and palms. That was quite overwhelming. The sea was wonderful and clear. It was refreshing to go for a swim there. That was fun. But not only that. I saw a lot of crabs and fish.And that was cool. Later we went back to Petra and watched a movie.

My parents and especially my mom always wanted to go to England. So we did that in our summer holidays. My whole family went there. We were there in the 3rd and the 4th week of the school holidays. We went there for exactly two weeks. I was very happy to go to England again.&nbsp; After a long journey (including a ferry crossing!) we finally arrived at our first stop. It was a little hostel with a bar downstairs. After one night there we went by car to the next stop in Bristol. It was an apartment in the city and we stayed there for four days. We visited a lot of different places like a big and old suspension bridge. And we went to the cinema to watch "Top Gun Maverick" – in English (of course, Mr Lippert!) and we loved it. At our next stop we had a holiday flat right at the beach. We also had a pool and that was so cool. We visited the beach every day and my brother and I went surfing for two days.

The waves were huge and the beach was beautiful and picturesque. I even managed to stand up on my board properly. On one day we went to Plymouth and saw the Lido and the lighthouse. It was amazing. On the next day we went to the Eden Project. It was jaw-dropping. There were two domes with all kind of plants. The purpose of the project is to make people aware of climate change. The coolest experience there was the viewing platform. It was 20 meters high you could only reach it via swinging stairs and we had a jaw-dropping view.&nbsp;&nbsp; On our last day we stayed at a nice and cosy hotel in Southampton. On this day we went shopping. At the end we drove back home and I would love to go there again and do all the things one more time or even twice.&nbsp;

My breathtaking holidays in Spain 🇪🇸

I always wanted to go to Spain and have a finka there. So my family and I went to Spain. I was so happy. When we were there it was beautifull. Sometimes we drove to the beach and sometimes we stayed&nbsp;in that finca of ours and went for a swim in the pool. The pool wasn't that big, but it was pretty cool. One time, we made sandwiches and put them in a cool box. &nbsp;Then we went to the beach and had a picnic. &nbsp;We saw the beautiful sunset.

&nbsp;After we saw this jaw-dropping sunset, we drove home and&nbsp;&nbsp;went to sleep. &nbsp;The beach where we saw the sunset was only 20 minutes away from our finka. &nbsp;When we stood up on the next day, we went to the beach again, but not to see the sunset again. We went there to drive a banana boat and we only fell into the water once. It was very cool. &nbsp;On the next day I got up and my ear was hurting very much. My&nbsp;ear hurt the whole holiday long. &nbsp;When we were in Germany again, we went to the doctor and he said that it was an ear infection. &nbsp;They did something on my ear and we had to go there the next two days again. &nbsp;After three days it was better. &nbsp;But all in all, the holidays in Spain were so cool and interesting. &nbsp;I would probably go there again

I always wanted to go to France but suddenly we went to Austria. The drive was really long and boring but the jaw-dropping view made it better.&nbsp; My family and I were in Austria for 13 days. We often went&nbsp;&nbsp;hiking and it was really hard. Because we went 12 kilometers straight up. When we were on the top of the mountain, there was always a small restaurant where you could eat something. Then you had enough energy to walk down.

In the middle of the holiday we went canyoning. For this we had to climb into a gorge with water. We jumped from cliffs and my mom and my brother did a backflip from the cliffs. And here you can see some pictures and a short video. At the end we are all happy because it was a great holiday. I would like to go back to Austria.

This was my holidays in Japan. It was a big adventure.

During the summer holiday I went to Japan. We went by plane and the flight took over 18 hours because the way is very long. It is very far. When we arrived in Tokio I saw a restaurant. This restaurant was a Pasta restaurant . I was very hungry. I tried this pasta. It's very hot but delicous. The search was exciting and exhausting. The first thing we did was a tour of all different manga-shops. We arrived at the hotel. Our room was really fantastic. Tokio is very big. It is very difficult to understand evrything. I thought all mangas are Japanese but the books were in all languages. I like Japan but they don't speak English or German. I liked this county but I won’t come back This is a character from the Manga Dragonball Super it is my favourite character because he is the main character. There are 30 books about him! The author Akira Toriyama was very friendly

This was an adventure. My parents were very tired on the way to the hotel, because the pasta was very hot.

My family and I went to Leipzig to see some sights although I did not want to go there. But we went there and my dad booked a bus-trip, where we could get off, where we want. We got off at the "Völkerschlachtdenkmal". We had to walk there for three minutes and then we were there.&nbsp;&nbsp;It was so high. I think it was 200 meters high. We had to walk up some stairs and then we were at the main door. With our tickets we had entry to the "Völkerschlachtdenkmal". There were some big sights in the corners we were interested in and then we saw another door. Behind it, there were almost 650 stairs to the other floors. First I walked about 130 stairs to the first floor with my mum. My dad took the lift. When we were there, we went outside to the balcony. Along the balcony, there was a big safety net. We walked around the balcony one time and ten minutes later, we were in the "waiting room". After two minutes of waiting, the light was green and we walked about five minutes to get to the roof. I was so exhausted but I walked down and up again. It was so funny! We enjoyed the view and walked down. While we were waiting for the bus, we played "scissors, stone and paper". We arrived at the hotel and rested all day.

On the next day we wanted to go home. After the breakfast my parents drove somewhere I did not know. After twenty minutes I guessed: We were going to the Banksy-museum. What a surprise! After two and a half hours we bought two pictures by Banksy and left. We saw so many interesting things! All of Banksy‘s pictures and I read every single text about him and his work. It was such a cool trip to the "Völkerschlachtdenkmal" and to the museum of Banksy. I would like it very much, if we did some similar trips in the future.

In the summer holidays we planned to go four weeks to India to visit our relatives. I was very excited and I was looking forward to go hiking and be impressed from the beautiful landscape.

In two days we would fly to India, so we were packing industriously. Due to covid 19 measures I got a PCR-Test done. We&nbsp;&nbsp;my PCR-Test result. It was negati... no it was positive! Everyone was flabbergasted for a moment we stopped packing our baggage. We didn't know what to do now. That day we were stressed because we knew I couldn't fly to India. So we checked if we could cancel the flight but it wasn't possible. I was very sad I couldn't fly to India because I thought I would have fun with my relatives but my plan was thwarted. Next day we went again to do a PCR-Test and try our luck. Luckily things took an unexpected turn because my test was negative. We were all glad to hear this message. On Sunday we flew to India . 

Now it was time to go back to Germany everyone was sad even our dog Scooby. The holidays felt short for me because we had lots of fun together. That’s why I'm looking forward to going to India again...

My Trip to London

I have always wanted to go to England. I had to wait for one year because of Covid , but in the summer of&nbsp;2022 I could finally go to London and we had a few unforgettable days. We bought two tickets and in the morning in the last week of the summer holidays we took a plane to London.&nbsp; We took a car and we drove to the host family where my mom used to live for two years when she was a teenager. It was a little bit strange because we had to drive on the left side. I immediately felt comfortable there.

On our second day we went to the city.&nbsp;&nbsp;At first we went to the Victoria and Albert Museum&nbsp;and then we crossed the road and visited the Natural History Museum. In the afternoon we went to the Big Ben and to Trafalgar square It was spectacular and wonderful. In the evening I felt tired.

My jaw dropping holiday in Cyprus 🌺✨🏄🏽‍♀️

I &nbsp;have always wanted to go to Cyprus (Greece). So we flew to Cyprus in the summer holidays. When we arrived in Cyprus we drove 3hours to our great hotel.

On our first day we explored our nice hotel.The hotel has got 6 pools and more.After the breakfast we went to the pool and we swom.We had&nbsp;&nbsp;an amaizing view of the beach.In the evening we went to Paphos by bus,that was so wonderful.

On our second day we rented a car.We drove in the mountains and hiked to a waterfall,that was so unforgettable but it was also exhausting. I mean,who likes hiking at 35 degrees? After that we visited a great beach with nice rocks.The water was light blue,we had a very pretty view,there.

IBIZA - amazing trip to the mediterrainin sea Together with my parents I had the chance to go to IBIZA during the last school summer holidays. The boyfriend of my grandmother is the owner of a house. I liked to go swimming in the sea and I enjoyed the sunny weather. One day we went hiking on a huge mountain where we had a nice view to the famous rock „ES VEDRA“. Because of the sun it was very hard to climb&nbsp;&nbsp;up the mountain. As we arrived at the top of the mountain, we had a wonderful&nbsp;&nbsp;view on the sea.&nbsp;&nbsp;The great view was overwhelming&nbsp;&nbsp;and we could see the wonderful sea with its different blue colours. On the way to the top I saw many rocks , many dried bushes and a few colourful salamander. Everyday we went to different places on the island. At the beach the sand was very hot and the water wasn’t a refreshment any more . But the water was picturesque, it was a turquoise blue water with lots of fish. At one restaurant at the beachside I ate a delicious paella with my parents. I’m looking forward to the next summer holidays in Ibiza .&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; I am missing the nice water and snorkeling, the beautiful countryside and of course the nice food

Hike with a breathtaking view at ES VEDRA

Since I found out that we were traveling to Labin in Croatia I was more excited than ever. I saw the house we rented on their website and my jaw dropped. There was a pool, an amazing view of the mountains and Labin and the rooms were beautiful.&nbsp; After a really, really long car ride we finally arrived and it was very hot and sunny. In the second week we went to visit an amphitheatre in Pula. After lots of walking we got there and wow! The huge building was really impressive. We took photos and then we got really tired so we went to a restaurant at the harbour. After eating I felt energised so we explored the city and I found a shop that sold funny hats so I bought three bunny hats for Cara, Pheline and me. A few days after we drove to Rovini to go on a huge church tower. After we had walked up the stairs we got to the highest point and the view was incredible! We saw so much of the sea. Then we got ice cream and sat down on some big rocks by the sea.&nbsp;

On the car ride back home I was really sad to leave Croatia but also happy to be home soon. The three weeks there were unforgettable. I had such a good time there but I wouldn‘t visit several times again because there are lots of more places to travel to. :)

We went to the Cave in Manacor and bought the Tickets. I couldn’t take my eyes of the spectacular trip stones. That was an amazing experience. We went trough the cave and a tour guide explained everything we needed to know about the cave.

In my last holiday I spent one week on a sailing boat. We went there by car and ship. When we arrived at the harbour of Sardinia with the big ferry, I had been sitting in the car for so long, but then we finally saw the harbour of our sailing boat. There are small restaurants and one very cute little supermarket. I love the fact that there were so many huge and small boats. Our boat was at the end of the habour.💞

Three weeks later we flew back to Germany. I was sad about it but anyways….It was a great holiday!

Now the trip was already over and I thought that the trip was a very cool experience and my family and I plan to visit Greece again.&nbsp;

I have always wanted to go to Italy. It's very warm there and the lake near the campsite is very cool. The mountains are amazing too because of the beautiful landscape. In the first week we often did SUP on the lake. The lake was really warm and there was a diving tower. We were there every afternoon. When you're sitting on the beach you can see the beautiful and picturesque scenery: the mountains, the trees and the lake. This must be what paradise looks like.&nbsp;

On the next day we listened a amazing Jazz concert 🎵.That was wonderful to listen to.With the music we ate a Paella. Then we planned to go to a Trip -stone-cave.

On our third day we visited the castle of the King Henry Vlll. The castle was very big. In the castle there is a wedding room, many kitchens and many other things and rooms. In the garden there is a maze and we got lost.

On the last day we didn´t want to go back home because it was&nbsp;&nbsp;so cool there. But we had to drive 10 hours back to Germany. 😣

At the airport I didn't feel well  and it seemed to be the effect of the stress I was under the few last days. But I made it to India. We arrived at 2 am there. On Monday morning I went with my dad on a motorbike to buy delicious coconut water. 

…looking forward to the next vacations in IBIZA with the sea, sun and delicious food ….

On the next day we went to Kew Garden. Kew Garden is a really big park with many&nbsp;&nbsp;interesting things.&nbsp;&nbsp;At first went for a treetop walk. The view was spectacular.&nbsp;&nbsp;After the treetop walk we visited the house of King George lll. The house is big and it is located right in the middle of the park. Then we went to the exit and I ate a&nbsp;yummy ice cream. It was exhausting , but also wonderful.

On the next day we packed our things after the breakfast and took the flight back to Germany in the afternoon. I was very sad, but I was also pleased to go home. I really want to go once again to London, because it was so beautiful.

On our last day we had to pack our suitcases.At noon we had to leave our wonderful hotel.I was very very sad and I wanted to stay there longer. We drove 3hours to the Airport.Before we flew back we saw the sunset. I have to come back,it was a unforgettable time there.&nbsp;

On Tuesday we went to visit our other relatives who live in a village. There was a holy procession. In which there were horses and one elephant .I had the chance to sit on its trunk and I used the chance. I even fed it with a banana. What an unforgettable experience! In the third week I went to Mumbai to visit my grandparents. I had a lot of fun with them.&nbsp; In the fourth week my relatives from Pune and my family went for a hike up into the mountains to see a huge fort from the 15th&nbsp;century. On the way we saw many monkeys. We had to climb 820 meters to reach the top of the fort and from there we enjoyed the picturesque valley with thundering waterfalls.&nbsp;

At first wie met the other people from our crew: there were Frank with his son Henrik, Simone, Karin with her son Paul and my family (mom, dad, brother, me) + our skipper. I liked them all very much!! Our boat‘s name was Cloe and it was very very big: 49 feet! It had. She had five double bedrooms and three bathrooms. On our first night we anchored in a beautiful and picturesque bay. We ate on deck and watched the sunset. At night we listened to nice music and it crazy how many stars we could see from our boat. The air is so much clearer there.🫧&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

On our fifth day we went to Paphos (old town) and we visited a few shops there .I bought a present for my friends there and a postcard for my grandparents.After that we went to a cafe with a&nbsp;&nbsp;view over the city.In the evening we went to a spectecular party with fireworks.Me and my family danced.

In the following week there was a big party. The Holi party! We threw coloured powder in the air and it looked amazing.
