Challenge Hopefully you are doing well during this period of being at home. The Covid-19 epidemic has required all of us to change how we go about our daily lives.
We are learning a new way of living that is called, “social distancing”.
During this period, we are being asked to stay at home, to visit friends and family through video-chat, to watch movies on TV instead of going to the theater, to have our favorite restaurants deliver our meals and to shop online instead of going into stores
And most of all, to go to school and work online.
This changes everything!!!!

There are many things we can do to help us keep our cool and our health. These include staying on a schedule, having a routine for school work and planned breaks, time to relax and a set bedtime on weekdays. It is important to go outside to get some sunshine and be active. You get vitamin D from the sun and this vitamin helps you feel happy. Staying connected with friends from school through video-chat and online games can also help us stay happy and healthy. And don't forget to give lots of attention to your pets.
