WATER AUDIT IMPROVEMENTS

There's a tap in our bathroom that runs for only 4 seconds. We can improve this by asking a plumber to come and fix it.

There's a tap in the I3 classroom. It is new and it has a sensor which reduces the amount of time you spend washing your hands, because when you move your hands away, the water stops.

Our water footprint is the footprint that we leave behind us. We use approximately 14,500 liters in one week. We were surprised at these results: To make a phone we need 12,760 liters. To make a t-shirt we need 2,720 liters.

We've got a lot of water points in our school so here 's some information about them: First we've got the sinks in the sixth grade bathroom. One of the taps has a leak when it's on and another one only runs for four seconds. It's easy to use for the sixth graders because it's the perfect height. The sink in the art room could improve by adding a sensor because you usually get covered in paint in the art room! But most points don't need to be improved.
