Role of Student welfare cell is to create, facilitate and develop inspiration filled platforms where students can explore their highest form of individual expression. An exploration is possible is when students receive the highest form of comfort and welfare through their academic journey. As a way of creating endless memories, the cell of student welfare organizes student centered events, which explore the essence of culture, the passion of art and craft, and the resounding echo of music. From annual cultural festival Dhoom to technical festivals Projections and innovative exhibition Tech Expo. information related to the functioning of this cell was given by Mr. Dhruvin Shah Sir.

Dr. Manisha Pathak ma'am, Director (Academics) explained what is Blooms taxonomy and its significance and outcome based pedagogy. Cognitive learning according to the Bloom's Taxonomy was explained. Each level is conceptually different. The six levels are remembering, understanding, applying, analyzing, evaluating, and creating. outcome based pedagogy involves educational theory that bases each part of an educational system around goals (outcomes). Mr. Rutvik Mehta (Deputy Manager Tinkering Hub) took a lecture on effective powerpoint presentation. he explained some of the smart features and tools of MS powerpoint. Some of common still important points like font size, color, spacing, slide color etc. has been discussed. overall this season will be very much helpful for faculty members in Effective presentation lectures.

Instructional planning is a process of the teacher using appropriate curricula, instructional strategies, resources and data during the planning process to address the diverse needs of students. important tips on effective planning were given by Dr. Jyotsna Amin ma'am. Teach to the Objective. Correct Level of Difficulty, Monitor and Adjust, Motivation, Active Participation, Retention, are the important elements for this topic. Lecture on "Collaborative learning strategies" was conducted by Ms. Chhaya Iyer ma'am &amp; Dr. Jyotsna Amin ma'am. Collaborative learning strategies involve Create Learning Activities That Are Complex. Students need a reason to collaborate, Prepare Students to Be Part of a Team, Minimize Opportunities for Free Riding, Build in Many Opportunities for Discussion and Consensus. Dr. Jyotsna Amin ma'am also explained the teaching skills and teachers code of conduct and its importances.

Awards and Recognition define the direction of the organisation so it is important for us faculty members to know Quality assurance and factors associated with this.

Ms. Chhaya Iyer (Deputy Director of TTC) explained the importance of "Understanding your learners" Understanding your learners means considering all the different things that affect their motivation and ability to learn successfully, and then adapting lesson plans, materials, the methodology and the learning environment to suit both individual needs and the general characteristics of a class.

Teacher's Training Cell of the university arranged 40 hour training program for newly recruited faculties from 8 november to 15 november at  seminar Hall.
